Cutana takes its name from a traditional stone kitchen tool from Loja, Ecuador — a symbol of patience, care and transformation. Those same values shape the food we cook today.
Led by Chef Arturo Camacho, Cutana brings Ecuadorian roots together with more than 20 years of experience across Spain and London kitchens. The result is familiar British and European favourites, cooked with proper technique, bold flavour and consistency.
